At Pino Mountain Coffee, that is exactly what we are working to provide.

Our specialty green coffee comes directly from Marcala, Honduras, a region with a long tradition of producing high-quality Arabica coffee. Each lot is professionally evaluated by COMSA Quality Control before export, helping us maintain the standards our roasting partners expect.

Consistency Matters Beyond a Single Roast

A great sample can get a roaster's attention. Consistency is what builds a relationship.

Our current single-origin organic green coffee cups at 84+ SCA, with a profile characterized by chocolate, caramel, panela, cinnamon, bright citrus acidity, and a creamy body.

But cup quality is only one part of what matters to a commercial roaster.

Green coffee also needs to perform consistently when it reaches the roasting floor. Our coffee is carefully evaluated before export for factors including moisture, quality, and overall consistency. That attention to the green product helps give roasters a dependable starting point when developing and maintaining their roast profiles.

From Marcala to the United States

One of our goals at Pino Mountain Coffee is to make sourcing Honduran specialty coffee simpler for U.S. roasters.

Rather than asking smaller and mid-sized roasters to navigate international sourcing on their own, we import our green coffee into the United States and make it available domestically.

Our coffee is currently offered in 100 lb. green coffee bags, allowing roasters to purchase commercial quantities without immediately committing to a pallet or container.

As demand grows, we can also work with businesses interested in larger-volume purchasing and longer-term supply relationships.

More Than a One-Time Order

We don't want Pino Mountain Coffee to simply be another green coffee listing.

Our goal is to build relationships with roasters who value knowing where their coffee comes from, maintaining consistent quality, and developing a dependable supply from Honduras.
